The rules for using MogUp.

These terms describe the scope of the app, premium access rules, subscription handling, and general expectations for using MogUp responsibly.

Informational use only

MogUp provides informational self-improvement guidance, remote AI scan analysis, scan visualizations, and protocol recommendations. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it should not replace qualified professional care.

Subscriptions and billing

Premium features may be sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and subscription management are handled according to Apple’s App Store rules and your Apple account settings. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions renew automatically.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its systems, submit unlawful content, or use the product in a way that harms the service or other users.

No guaranteed outcomes

MogUp does not guarantee any specific aesthetic, health, or personal outcome from using the app or following protocol suggestions. Results will vary from person to person.

Availability and changes

The app may evolve, add or remove features, or update pricing and product structure over time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated version of these terms.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MogUp is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed compatibility with every device or workflow.
